Regular cancellation: You will be given a full refund or no charge if you cancel your stay 72 hours or more before 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Up to a maximum of your full stay including tax will be charged if you cancel within that 72-hour window.
No-show: A no-show will be treated the same as a cancellation within the 72-hour window. Please see above.
Holiday cancellation: 14 days notice is required for a cancellation of any stay over a holiday. If you cancel less than 14 days before the day of your arrival, you will be charged for your entire stay including tax. Holidays include New Year’s, MLK, President’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples Day, Veterans’ Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas and are subject to change without notice.
Long stays: Long stays are defined as stays of 5 consecutive nights or more. You will be given a full refund or no charge if you cancel your stay 14 days or more before the day of your arrival. Up to a maximum of your full stay including tax will be charged if you cancel within that 14-day window.
Group booking cancellation: 14 days notice is required for a cancellation of any group booking reservation. 2 or more reservations is considered a group. If you cancel less than 14 days before the day of your arrival, you will be charged for your group’s entire stay including tax.
Early departure: In case of early departure we will charge the amount of the full stay including tax.
Cancellation of bookings made more than a year in advance: 14 days notice is required for any bookings made more than a year in advance of a guest’s stay.
Other Policies:
ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING. A $350 fee will be charged to all violators to clean the room.
PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED. A $150 fee per night will be charged to all violators. Service dogs protected under the Americans With Disabilities Act are permitted and there is no fee for those dogs. This applies only to dogs trained for a specific task and does not apply to emotional support animals.
BOATS ARE NOT PERMITTED. We have a fishing pier, but it is not a dock. No boats may moor, dock or anchor at our pier or in our water. Violators may be subjected to a $10,000 fine from outside agencies.
LARGE VEHICLES OR TRAILERS ARE NOT PERMITTED. Due to limited parking space, we cannot allow trailers of any kind, including boat trailers. This applies to any vehicle longer or larger than the average pickup truck or SUV. Parking availability is not guaranteed for any of these vehicles or trailers. If you bring a large or long vehicle, we charge a $50/night fee.
MINIMUM CHECK-IN AGE IS 21. Valid photo ID required upon check in.
By making a reservation with Jupiter Waterfront Inn, you fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jupiter Waterfront Inn from any and all lawsuits, claims, demands, liability, causes of action, loss, injury, and/or damage of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to property damage and personal injury, by yourself or any of your guests.
The Jupiter Waterfront Inn does not guarantee specific rooms or floors. All room assignments are subject to change without notice.
